Shipping Policy

No Big Stitch currently ships within Canada and to the United States.

Ready-to-ship orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, carrier, customs processing, and other factors outside of our control.

Customs & Import Duties

For U.S. orders placed on or after October 7, 2026, applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, allowing customers to see these costs before completing their purchase.

Orders placed before October 7, 2026, did not include prepaid import duties. Customers with earlier orders may receive separate customs or import charges from the shipping carrier.

Orders placed from October 7 onward are shipped using duties-prepaid services where supported. Additional customs assessments or charges not included at checkout may still apply.

Once an order has shipped, No Big Stitch is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. If you notice an issue with your shipping address, please contact hello@nobigstitch.com as soon as possible.
