All sales are final at this time.

Each No Big Stitch canvas is hand-painted, so slight variations may occur from piece to piece. These small differences are part of the handmade nature of the product.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at nobigstitch@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchases, or completed/stitched canvases.

If your order has not yet shipped and you need to make a change, please email us as soon as possible.
