What is included with each canvas?
Each listing includes one hand-painted needlepoint canvas. Threads, needles, and finishing materials are not included.

What size are the canvases?
Each canvas measures approximately 6" x 6" and is painted on 13 mesh canvas.

Are the canvases hand-painted?
Yes. Each canvas is hand-painted by No Big Stitch, so tiny variations may occur. That’s part of the charm.

Where do you ship?
No Big Stitch currently ships within Canada and to the United States.

When will my order ship?
Ready-to-ship orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by destination and carrier.

Within Canada, Standard Shipping is typically 3–5 business days after processing, and Express Shipping is typically 1–2 business days after processing.

Shipping to the United States may take longer due to cross-border transit and customs processing.

Are duties, taxes, or customs fees included?
Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges.

Can I return or exchange my order?
All sales are final at this time. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your item, please email nobigstitch@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Do you offer custom designs?
Not at this time, but never say never.
